5/3/*1 for Athletes

Hey Guys,

As many of you will know I am a big fan of jim Wendlers 5/3/1 programme, especially for athletes.



This is due to how flexible it is. While the focus is getting strong in a few lifts (that carries over to full body strength), the programme can easily be adaptable for any goal.

As I am not (by any stretch of the imagination) a strength and conditioning coach, I thought that you would like a look at one of Jim Wendlers older articles on 5/3/1 for athletes.
