Great idea for those with limited time!
Hey Guys,
There is a saying that technique beats everything. While I agree that having the very best technique is incredibly important (vital even), the technique gap has to be large to beat a strength advantage. Everyone knows how tough it is to play any sport against someone much stronger or more conditioned than you.
We all know how important it is to do strength work, especially in combat sports!
I know that there is a lot of people out there that want to do more strength work but struggle to fit it in with everything else they have going on in their lives like work, training, family, friends and a whole host of other commitments!
Because of this I thought that I would share a workout by Christian Thibaudeau. The workout is short and can be done in 20 mins or so. He provides guidelines for each goal (muscle building, fat loss etc) so that you can tailor the workout.
I personally will be using this workout when I travel as it can be used in pretty much any gym in the world! Great to keep progressing when time and equipment are limited!
