Here is a great article on muscle and strength gains while on a ketogenic diet.
While I don't think that insanely low carb diets are great for athletes, there are still a lot of people who like to use this approach.
While low carb is a greater tool for fat loss, what happens when you want to gain some muscle or some strength?
How does low carb effect hormones, energy, sleep, recovery?
