Today I wanted to share with you a nutrition article for athletes.
When most people make the decision to focus primarily on a sport, they start to hear how as an athlete you have to eat differently from others. While this is true I often think that this is overly complicated. You certainly have to pay attention to your nutrition and if you want to be the best in your sport then it better make it a priority.
But what if you're just looking for somewhere to start?
Well if you're after Fat Loss, then I recommend the FREE Unorthodox Eating Plan (this will also be free on the Kindle format from Tuesday 10th of February to Saturday 14th February). However if you are just looking for a basic set up for your nutrition then this article by Chris Shugart is pretty good!
