During my 16 years of coaching athletes at every level, including UFC fighters, IBJJF champions, and Olympians, I’ve found that people need the following;
Nutrition plans designed specifically for BJJ and MMA athletes. If your coach doesn’t do the sport, there is no way they can understand it and program for it.
Daily support and accountability for optimum results. Clients need to know that they can speak to their Nutrition Coach 7 days per week and get answers straight away. During competition/fight weeks this level of communication can make or break a win!
Regular Check Ins and adjustments. Clients need to check in a minimum of once per week in order for things to be optimised as the process goes along. I make sure that I also check in with the clients regularly and remind them to do their main check in with all the info.

Coaching is split up into two Tiers. Each Tier reflects the level of coaching and contact with me that you receive. The more 1 on 1 coaching that you would like from me, reflects which Tier you should be in.
The level of Coaching that you get from me is the same in each Tier. The best Nutrition Coaching for Combat Sports there is.
The only differences is if you are a full time athlete or fighter, who’s career only progresses when you win, you will want Tier 2 as this will give you the very best chance possible with high contact weight cuts, health markers and strategies all taken care of for you.
Even though there are two Tiers, all plans still have a high level of service as standard.
