Dedicated resources that clients can use as tools to increase success such as cookbooks, habit trackers.
Long term planning for the year so that all fights/competitions/events are covered ahead of time so that Clients know exactly what phase they are in, ad why.
Minimum Weekly Check Ins that cover a wide variety of data, such as performance and lifestyle metrics.
All Plan Evaluations and adjustments as needed to keep you moving towards your goal.
If you are cutting weight, all Rehydration and Refuelling drinks are supplied as standard to go with your individualised plan.
