New Year 2014

Well of most Monday will be the official start of 2014 (all diets and training plans have to start on Mondays, its the law).

So are you all set? have you got everything planned out? What kind of training you're going to be doing, what your goals are going to be, what you're going to wear on your first workout etc etc...
