Nutrition on a Budget

Hey Guys,

Today I wanted to talk about setting up a nutrition plan on a budget.

Now a lot of people think that you have to spend a lot of money to set hop a great nutrition plan based on what they see athletes having or pros on the internet. this may not always be the case. The plans that you see for the pros are made up of the very best products and foods that are available, because it's their lively hood.

However this may not be the case in the real world. many people are finding times hard and have a family to support, business to run etc and they may find it hard to set aside a budget for these higher priced items. Now don't get me wrong, being healthy and hitting your goals requires sacrifices. If you only have a limited budget but want to look your best ever, you're going to have to give up some of those little luxuries like going out on the drink, that new Xbox game, new trainers etc. However that doesn't mean that a nutritional plan is out of the window.

Make the most of your money and shop at places like Aldi, macro, Farm Foods etc. These places often have many offers on health foods.

Shop in the frozen section. Frozen veg is just as good as fresh and normally half the cost!

Buy in bulk and freeze it.

Getting food in bulk will often bring the cost of food right down.

If you use supplements, make sure that you are paying the right amount for the right product. Just because its cheap doesn't mean its good value. Look what in it, are those ingredients going to support your goals? How many servings is in each container? Is it worth the money? Do you REALLY need it or are you drawn in by flashy and misleading advertising?

Also if you're not sure what to buy, hire a coach or someone who knows what they are doing. They will be able to take your weekly budget and turn it into a plan that will suit your goals. they take all of the guessing and worrying out of it to help you focus on getting the job done!

Have a quick look at the SITE to see what can be done, or go to the OFFERS SECTION to try to save a bit of cash.
