Using a professional
Hey Guys,
In this post I would like to talk about using a professional to help make your life easier.
We use professionals all the time to help minimize our stress and make sure the job is done right. From fixing your car to learning a new skill, getting someone with experience and expertise to help you take the guess work out and getting them to worry about it leaves you to do what matters to you. Getting results!
What inspired this post is another blog post by a colleague. This is a very good blog and chances are if you're into MMA or BJJ then you know who Rosi is. Is suggest you check out her blog HERE
Also here are a few thoughts rattling round the old noggin at the moment;
1) Adjusting what TYPE of protein you take in and WHEN, seriously effects your results.
2) The same applies to carbs (think fast and slow acting and what you want from them)
3) Twitter is possibly the best place to talk to like minded people (@mike_unorthodox)
4) Getting stronger is possibly the best thing you can do to improve your training.
5) Try to focus on where your food came from. If the animal eat shit, then what quality do you think your eating? Go to local butchers and fish mongers. Buy eggs and veg from farmers markets.
Stay healthy,
Mike
