UFC London and Ranting (again)
Hey Guys,
Sorry I have been quiet on the blogging front, lots happening with us at the moment.
At the moment I am on the train back from London having been down to see the UFC. Once again, it was an amazing card and an amazing weekend. The thing that always stands out for me is how well the event is run. Right from the production to how well it's organized. Not only is it easy to get to your seats etc but right from the go there is no down time. Whether it being fight after fight or watching promos for the next event, it really is action packed. There was barely a moment to go to the loo (something my girlfriend experienced).
While down in London also managed to catch up with Dr Chris Lam. Chris is the Doctor for the UFC while it is in England or Europe and he really is an unsung hero of the sport. In a sport that attracts negative attention, it really helps to have someone flying the flag and taking care of the fighters. Everyone should give him a follow on Twitter @cagedoc as he can be funny (or controversial) depending on the day.
Ok so what’s being going on that has stopped me blogging. Firstly just about every client has a fight at the moment so this takes up quite a lot of time. The event that I am organizing (@Subf15teen) is also only a few weeks away!! I am also now going to be involved with Combat Clinic which really is an honor. If you're in the combat game at all, then I suggest you head over there and check it out! Plus an exciting new project with a few very passionate and intelligent people has got me very excited!
Ok, so what are the things I keep shout at the TV/the dog/friends/girl friend over? As follows;

Ok, so what are the things I keep shout at the TV/the dog/friends/girl friend over? As follows;
- TV diets advertised by out of shape people.
- People who can't control their dogs.
- The stuck up attitude of Cross fitters
- Everyone at my commercial gym
- Stu Glencs guard passing
- That no one has invented sugar free Reeces Cups.
Stay healthy (and calm)
Mike
