Product Review - MyProtein Peanut Butter
Hey Guys,
As most readers of the website and blog will know I am fan of having quite a bit of good fat in my diet.
Fat is a great think for most people to add into their diet as it can have a positive impact on hormone production, sleep, helping you feel satisfied when dieting and not to mention that most good fats taste pretty damn good!
One of my favourite good fats to have for myself and my clients is natural peanut butter. The problem with most types of peanut butter is that they are full of all sorts of nasty hidden ingredients that will wreak havoc with any nutrition plan.
This is where MyProteins Natural Peanut Butter comes in.

The taste of this is fantastic. Easily one of the best peanut butters that I have tried. The taste can be a little dry due to the lack of oil, so I would recommend adding something to it (celery is a great example. Trust me!)
The consistency of the peanut butter is quite runny as it has none of the other junky ingredients that keep other peanut butters a bit more solid. While this makes it a bit harder to eat off the spoon it is fine to add to other recipes, meals and shakes.
The value of this product is insane. To give you an example most people get natural peanut butter from the supermarket which costs £3 for a 300g jar. This is £5.99 for an entire kilo! Well worth the money!
Stay healthy,
Mike
