Today I will be reviewing Biotests Micronised creatine.

I don't really know what I can say about creatine that hasn't already been said a million times. Creatine is a relatively cheat supplement that can aid in recovery, strength and performance by helping draw more water into the muscle. Many people notice a vast difference when taking creatine and when it first came out the Olympic commission gave thought to banning it as it was so effective.

I personally don't notice any effect when taking creatine. I do however take 5g per day as recent studies have shown that taking creatine can have a massive preventative effect on mental disease.
