Diet Update

Hey Guys,

Well here is my weekly diet update for those who care about such things.

Last week I dropped one pound so this week we are making the following changes to speed things up a bit,

  • Dropping 200 calories all from carbs
  • Moving all carbs to the pre, intra and post workout window.
That's it for this week.

Most weeks the changes will be small to keep things moving in the right direction. I'm still a long way out at the moment so doing things slowly and steadily is the way to go.
