Product Review - MyProtein chocolate Brownie
Hey Guys,
Today I am talking about Myproteins Chocolate Brownie.
The Protein Brownie is the latest in Myproteins snack range aimed at having nice tasting, portable snacks.
Here is what they had to say about it,
And here are the ingredients,
INGREDIENTS: Milk Protein, Glycerine, Glutamine Peptide (Wheat), Oat flour, Vegetable Oil (Palm), Chocolate Chips (9%) (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Flavouring), Maltodextrin, Soy Protein, Cocoa Powder, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream of Tartar), Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose). ALLERGENS: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May also contain nuts and peanuts.
Again, not to bad! So what does it taste like?
To be honest this is the best protein snack I've ever tasted out of a packet. the Brownie is moist and very chocolatey. I would go even so far to say as that it tastes like an actual brownie!
The only slight problem I have is that it is still quite high in calories and carbs for such a small snack. most people will smash two of these quite easily and those numbers add up really quickly! now is it better than a normal brownie? Much better! There fore it is quite a good alternative if you absolutely have to have a brownie with a brew at some point :)
In conclusion a solid product that tastes great!
Myprotein Protein Brownies are available HERE and cost Β£1.49 each.
Stay healthy,
Mike
