What’s Happening with Me?

Hey all,

Lots happening at the moment that is keeping me running around like my arse is on fire…

Firstly (best bestly), loads of people are keen to get a handle on their Nutrition and BJJ Diet Plans this year. Many people are seeing the results that we have gotten from Team mates and are looking to get the results themselves. It’s a massive broad list from boxing to BJJ, Triathletes to table tennis! All of which makes things super interesting.

Also this week I’ve been shooting a bunch of video content for Strom, Human Performance Solutions and UFC Fightpass. This has been a great mix of educational stuff and promotion for the Polaris event next month (I’m sponsoring it, not sure if I mentioned it….).

While talking about nutrition comes easy (14 years as a BJJ Nutritionist will do that), but talking about myself from a promotion standpoint is a bit harder. I was always raised not to brag and let the results do the talking, but in these circumstances I’m going to have to get over it and hype myself up!

Because of the workload it means that my own training has suffered a little but we are still well on track to hit the goals this year!

As we get closer to Polaris I’ll be sharing a bunch of content on here, as well as my socials so make sure you follow them!
