Nutrition Plan
This the starting point for full Coaching. Whether you are looking to get in better shape for your Sport, make weight for a BJJ or MMA Competition or simply perform better, this is where to start.
Coaching is split up into two Tiers. Each tier reflects the level of coaching and contact with me that you receive. The more 1 on 1 coaching that you would like from me, reflects which Tier you should be in.
The level of Coaching that you get from me is the same in each Tier. The best Nutrition Coaching for Combat Sports there is.
The only differences is if you are a full time athlete or fighter, who’s career only progresses when you win, you will want Tier 2 as this will give you the very best chance possible with high contact weight cuts, health markers and strategies all taken care of for you.
Even though there are two Tiers, all plans still have a high level of service as standard.
All The Plans include,
Full Evaluation of what your goals are, what you are currently doing, your circumstances etc to build a full and correct picture of your needs.
Complete Nutrition Plan set up for your individual needs, including video walkthroughs on how to use everything and what is expected of you, and me as a coach.
Dedicated resources that clients can use as tools to increase success such as cookbooks, habit trackers.
Minimum Weekly Check Ins that cover a wide variety of data, such as performance and lifestyle metrics.
All Plan Evaluations and adjustments as needed to keep you moving towards your goal.
Support 7 Days a week for any questions via WhatsApp for fast, same day response times (normally instantaneous).
So how do the plans differ? The following will show you the extra services you get on top of the standard coaching above.
Tier 1
All of the above.
Full Nutrition Plan including full meal plan with calorie breakdown and macros shown for the day, each meal and every food item.
Full Supplementation list with instructions.
Full Shopping list (no more adding up every item before you go shopping).
Full Health and Performance tracking that includes weight, training performance, recovery, sleep, habits, progress pictures and more.
Dedicated resources that clients can use as tools to increase success such as cookbooks, habit trackers, and food swap sheets.
Long term planning for the year so that all fights/competitions/events are covered ahead of time so that Clients know exactly what phase they are in, and why.
Minimum Weekly Check Ins that cover a wide variety of data, such as performance and lifestyle metrics to assess your progress and make any changes that are necessary for you to keep moving towards your goals.
Full explainer videos on how the plan works, including an extra video to go in depth on the reasoning behind each food choice and overall meal plan strategy that has been set up bespoke to you and your specific needs.
All Weight Cut/Fight week programming with daily check ins, step by step instructions on what to do, when to do it, safety precautions and multiple check ins after the weigh in to maximise the refuelling process (also fully mapped out).

Tier 2
All of Tier 1 plus;
Video check ins to go through all of your adjustments and the reasoning behind them.
Weekly scheduled calls to go through your progress.
If you are competing in the UK I will come to your weigh Ins in order to guide you through the last bits of the process (international is available upon request and expenses).
All Hydration and refuel drinks are included with my own formula that is specifically designed for you and what you need.
Blood testing and analysis are included in this Tier so that you can have a full view of your health.
£199 per month - No minimum commitment, plan can be ended at any time.
